Adobe After Effects cc 2018 (15.0) Crash at startup

I recently updated my creative cloud plan to the new cc 2018 update, but today I found some issues with After Effects 2018, looks like it starts and then it crashes automatically without showing any errors besides the apple error and I deleted this files and folders

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/PTX/

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Team Projects Cache/

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Media Cache Files/

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Media Cache/

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Essential Graphics/

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/ANEData.db

When I did it first after effects worked, but I shut down my mac and when I turned on again and launched the app quits after the loading screen, I tried this and the creative cloud cleanner app again but they do not work anymore, also unistalled it hoping it would start as new and It didn't, and then I tried the same thing on my laptop and the same thing happened on it.

I currently use after effects on both machines on MacOS Sierra 10.12.5

Imac 21.5' late 2013 core i5 1tb hdd

Macbook Pro 13' mid. 2012 core i5 500gb hdd

both with intel graphic cards.

I really need a solution for this I have a Premire Pro cc 2018 proyect linked to an after effects comp and I need to work on it.

    Hi Kevin,

    I am facing this issue with After Effects CC 2018. Just downloaded and it has never opened. What can I do to solve this?

    What error do you get when After Effects Crashes and does both system have MacOS Sierra 10.12.5...if yes than try updating one of them to  MacOS Sierra 10.12.5 or  MacOS High Sierra 10.13

      Just updated my macbook pro to High Sierra 10.13 and it keeps crashing, also tried a fresh install with the new OS, but it keeps crashing, On the Imac (still on sierra) stared working this morning after I installed Prelude cc

      Hi, try deleting the preferences of After Effects as follow- ~/Users/your-user/Library/Preferences/Adobe/After Effects. You can delete / rename the After Effects folder & than try working with After Effects.

        Hi, I tried this on both of my computers but After Effects keeps closing as soon as the composition opens or I try to touch any part of the interface with my cursor; in some cases it just crashes, I don't know what is wrong with it, is a fresh install of the program
