AE Loading freezes on MediaCore (I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING)

Hello! Recently I have been having a problem that I have seen a lot of people having, and one that I have had in the past. When trying to launch AE, it hangs on "MediaCore" then returns a crash report screen. I believe the thing that might have caused this is when I rolled back my Nvidia drivers to a previous version, and then it stopped working. I then went on to update my drivers, and then this all happened. I then went on to reinstall AE, reinstall my drivers using DDU, completely uninstall all my CC apps and even CC, deleted all my adobe directories and more. I even just bought a new PC, I will link the stats. I would appreciate any help as it does affect my work. Thank you!

UPDATE - I just used Revo uninstaller to completely uninstall everything again, and I found something weird. Not only when I installed Adobe CC Desktop app did it tell me that it was not the right version (the download installed a version 2 patches back) but it did not let me install anything unless I downloaded the installer online. Once I did that, though, I had the same problem, where it would again freeze on MediaCore. Please help!

Does this happen with every version of AE?

Yes, it does. I tried a lot of them but none worked.

And what do the actual crash logs say?

I don't have any, as I have reinstalled and wiped everything that has to do with Adobe. I used Revo uninstaller and wiped everything and it still doesn't work.
