I need to open very old .aep files but it seems After Effects don't talk to them anymore.

Anyone would have a clue?

(I'm working with AE CC latest version) 😕

Thank you for your attention.

I just opened a file from 2008 with no problems.

Here's the file if you want to look at it. It's from a tutorial I was preparing for an After Effects conference. If it opens up and you feel comfortable sharing your problem AEP file (don't need the footage) I'd be glad to give it a try.

My Domino Project

You can find a CS6 project here: http://hottek.net/2007/11/square-wheels.html, another project from long ago on my site that desperately needs an update and some new content.

I didn't have any problems with either of them.

Hi Rick!

I appreciate your reply.

The project I'm trying to open is from 2002/2003. :-B

I have to reach back to the hard-drive and then I'll upload it to you.

Thanks once again.
