After Effects: AEGP Plugin CINEWARE SceneLayer: Cineware AliveThread - Execute failed (5027 :: 12)

Hi all, I recently built a computer and now when I try to open a Cinema 4D Lite file in After Effects I keep getting an error of Cineware AliveThread - Execute Failed (5027 :: 12). I see this is an error that has been posted about quite a bit but with very few solutions if any. I have tried changing the TCP port, changing firewall settings, purging memory, and nothing seems to resolve this problem. If anyone knows a solution it would be greatly appreciated as this limits some of the reasons I invested in building a computer.

Computer Specs (please let me know if any more info is needed):

Windows 10 64 Bit

i9 9900k

64GB RAM

GTX 2070 8GB

Is this problem still not fixed?
OS: Windows 10 Build 19042
CPU: Intel Core i7‐4770K 3.5GHz Quad‐Core
RAM: 32 GB
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 780

I am using After Effects 16.7.0 (C4D R22) the latest version.
The Editing section of the Cineware Plug-in it set to C:\Program Files\Maxon Cinema 4D R22\Cinema 4D.exe
When I look in the folder there is no C4D Lite version, is there a place I can download that?

So I almost resolved the issue by clicking the uninstall Cinema 4d program, and then I reinstalled After Effects. Even though I reinstalled everything it still says C:\Program Files\Maxon Cinema 4D R22\Cinema 4D.exe, but Cinema 4D Lite opens this time. However it will not display in After Effects, it still gives me the same error when I return to After Effects to see my C4D Scene.

This is a Scene I made in C4D Lite:

This is what happens when I go back to After Effects:

So I misunderstood this inital solution up at the top, I thought the issue was the After Effects version. The issue is on Maxon's end. It doesnt matter which version of AE I use (I kept downgrading thinking it was an AE problem), everything worked fine each time until I installed the HOT FIX Update22.123 for Cinema. That is when it stops working in AE.
DO NOT INSTALL THIS UPDATE!!!!!

What are the stpes you are using to open Cinema 4D Lite?

Do you have any other AE version in this PC?

I first am first opening up After Effects, then create a new C4D file through that program. Once Cinema 4d Lite opens up I have just been creating a quick test file, saving, going back to AE and creating a comp from the now linked C4D file, and that is when I get the error message. I tried an older version of AE but that didn't seem to help so I just updated back to the newest version of AE.

Tell us one more thing. When you create a composition file with the C4D file inside, click over the Options button in the Cineware Effect plugin and check where is Cineware looking for editor and renderer options for the cinema 4D files. (Check attached images)
