Hi Adobe folks,

I have the same issue than foxgenco. I'm trying to run After Effects CC 2018 15.1.1 on Windows 10 version 1803 (Spanish OS)

My Creative Cloud language in prefeernces is English.

I followed the instructions you suggested, but I do not have any .txt file in the re folder:

Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CS4 (or CS3)\Support Files\AMT

I also tried to install previous versions, but the issue remains.

Can you please assist?
