after effects shatter effect starts fast then slows down

im trying to make a glass shatter effect using the shatter built-in effect but the problem is that the animation starts fast then slows down .

how can i make it animate in an equal speed ?

Does this happen when you are previewing it or after it's cached and playing back real time?
