After effects so slow

Hello,

I went on PC for 2 months, I often work on after effects and I have big problems.

After effects don't want to play and stay stuck 5/10 secondes while I have almost text layers, no effect on them and I'm previewing 1/3, and all my others soft are off...do you have any ideas ? Do I have to settle or optimize something? go back to apple? .

Dell precision 5530

intelcore i7 8850H 6 coeurs 2.60 Ghz et 4.30 Ghz turbo 9Mo 45w

Nvidia quadro P2000 4 Go GDDR5

32 Go SDRAM DDR4 2666 Mhz

SSD M.2 PCie NVMe classe 40  512 Go.

    Hello

    I am using version 16.1.2 and if I have the same problem of velocity in each project and with any type of file it is slow in every way, even when the program does the autosave it takes a minute which should only be seconds

    I see. How much space do you have on your system's hard drive?

    Hi romainp,

    We're sorry for the issue. After Effects does not produce frames realtime for playback, I assume that can make the playback slow. The system's hardware and project complexity can also affect performance.
