After effects to windows movie maker?

im working on a MacBook, I made an animation which I want to use as an overlay video for a YouTube intro.. however my client is using windows movie maker how do I get the transparent overlay for her?

    I am not sure that Movie Maker supports alpha channels. You need to send her a production format video with straight alpha and have her test it.

    Here you have list of Windows Movie maker supported files list: https://support.microsoft.com/pl-pl/help/15289/windows-movie-maker-file-types 
    So technically it is possible to prepare for your client f.eg. mov file with alpha channel.
