Cinema 4D Lite R21 has no license

I have a full Creative Cloud subscription plan for teams, but when I create new cinema 4d file in After Effects I see window of Licence manager wich says that "LICENSE VALIDATION STATUS No available licenses found - please acquire a license...". Cinema 4D R21 Lite simply doesn't start. Also I see small window "Setup RLM"

The latest version of AE requires you to register for the free license when C4D starts up for the first time. I'm not sure how to get to the registration panel if you foul that up and it isn't opening up anymore. You might try an uninstall and install of the app.
