Deciding on which computer would be great for Adobe After Effects

So I'm thinking of getting a new computer, and I was hoping the specs would run the latest version of After Effects, could someone please tell me if the latest version of After Effects would run nicely on these specs?

I'm sure this machine would run After Effects to a point, but 8GB of RAM is the absolute bare minimum.  You should really have at least 16GB, and preferably more, to run After Effects without frustration.

I can't even comprehend using After Effects on a 14 inch display at 1920x1080.  Hopefully you have an additional external monitor to use most of the time.

Sorry if that sounds unhelpful, but these are very low specs for After Effects - the bare minimum. I wouldn't expect AE to run "nicely" on this hardware, but it will run.

Wait just another question. Without frustration as in without it randomly crashing in the middle or taking forever to export, or actually being able to 3d render as well?

There are, of course, many factors that will contribute to AE's performance and stability.

Working in ultra-high resolution formats like 4K requires huge amounts of RAM.  Complex 3D environments with lighting and shadows requires a lot of processing power from either your CPU or GPU. Render speed is dependant on the system's CPU, GPU and availability of RAM.

There's no way to give a definitive answer about the hardware's capability, but what we CAN say is that this hardware is at the bottom end of specifications capable of running AE.  If you have the ability to wait a little longer and save some more money, I'd definitely hold off and get something with more RAM at least.

In addition to what Andrew says I would add or more size to the SSD or an additional HDD for storage because the 512 GB SSD will soon be short of you.
