Diamonds effect for piano videos

Hey guys! my first post/question, I researched a lot, but I couldn't find how to make these diamond effects, if you guys know how to...please let me know! please! thanks in advance.

Could be as trivial as applying a Bevel & Empos layer style in PÜhotoshop with a strong refelction map and then in AE slapping on a glittery plug-in like Trapcode Starglow. There's no simple canned effect or preset for this, but it's easy enough to re-create.
