I was trying to update After Effects but I got this error. The main thing i don't understand is that it says to "rename the file", but I'm not sure which file it's referring to. Sorry, I'm a bit new to After Effects! I use a MacBook Air OS X. Please let me know if I need to include any more information about my computer or the software I use. Thanks!

    It sounds like a permissions issue.
