Help please solve this problem with Premiere Pro. Frame forward and backward transition does not work.

    that's how to reset preferences. Did anyone ever figure out why the advance frame stopped working? I pressed the option restart reset preferences, and it crashed PP. So weird how hardly anyone knows what solutions will work from Adobe.
