Fractal noise seemless loop

I've the following settings in fractal noise effect. Because I've the expressions I don't know how to loop it seamlessly.

Any idea how?

Offset turbulence will not loop. Evolution will, but only if you enable cycle animation. Aharon Rabinowitz did a tutorial on this a zillion years ago. The procedure is still the same. 

If you set evolution options to 2 then set a keyframe at the start of the layer with evolution 0, 0, then you move to frame 60 and set an evolution keyframe of 2, 0 and all LoopOut() to the property you will get a seamless loop. 

You will have to get rid of the Offset Turbulence to get a looping layer.

I followed these instructions and got the fractal noise to loop but then when I exit out of the composition and go to my main composition (which includes the fractal noise comp), the fractal noise doesn't loop there. Any idea what I could've missed?

You sure it isn't something like the fractal noise comp ending or the layer with the fractal noise ending?

Screenshots of your comp panels would be helpful in troubleshooting the problem.

I ended up moving the items out of the comp and into the main comp and it worked so I left it there. I'm not sure what the issue was from before but it was probably something small like what you suggested.
