geojson files

I have this animation to do: plane trajectories I want to import into After Effects and animate.  I thought I could  use geojason file, with the geolayers plugin from aescripts.

I can import the Geojson files OK, it is on the right place. But I miss the altitude feature. The trajectory has no “y” information at all. I’ve been struggling with that till I realised that in After Effects, witch is not a 3D software, I’ll never have the altitude information of the jason file. Is that so ? Thanks for any information any cues. I am lost in translation….
