    Hello,

GTX 1050 ti is a Nvidia family. It would work with After Effects. The card is relatively new. After Effects may not be able to recognize the exact name of the card. But I believe it can be used if you turn on the option of "Enable untested, unsupported GPU for CUDA"  which is located at Preferences > Previews > GPU information.

Hello! GeForce GTX series are the best solutions for this age. As you need it for after effects pro, you can use the specs very user-friendly. GTX 1050 will work just fine as well.
