HELP!!!! After Effects, 50GB cache remains on hard disk

hello!!

I have a macbook pro and I had an old version of After Effects (CC) and I unistalled. Later I installed AE CC 2019. I checked my cache folder on Mac and I find out that there is a cache adobe after effects 15.1 of 50GB.

Specifically:

MacHD<Users<Administrator<Library<Caches<Adobe<After Effects< one folder called "15.1" with 50GB and a second folder called "16.1" with 500MB.

Is folder 15.1 remain of a previous installation?

Could I delete it to gain more space on hard disk?
