Help me find an alternative for Twixtor

Hi. I am from the Philippines and I use Twixtor to complement my After Effects work. Unfortunately, I can access Twixtor anymore from where I am. Do you have any suggestions?

You can use the included Timewarp effect (with the same technology as The Foundry Kronos plug-in). Even the native options inside the timeline can give you very good results.
