How do I make this logo bigger?

I am  super noob here and I can't seem to make this logo bigger. I think I have some strange sort of order defined and I can't make it work.

Here is a link to the template:

https://motionarray.com/after-effects-templates/stylish-glitch-logo-61505

I was unable to apply the logo to the MY logo section under edit, because it would be white every time I played the main composition.

So I moved it to logo holder and it worked from there, but I am unable to select the logo and reshape it?

Thanks

Template projects are often very locked-down, specifically to keep inexperienced users from being able to mess things up too badly. The side effect of this is that you typically get to use them exactly as designed, and that's it.

I haven't downloaded your file (if it's a paid template, you should delete that link), but I assume the logo goes into a precomp. You should be able to make it fill that precomp (if it's not showing up correctly, there's likely something wrong with the logo you're giving it - does it have a transparent background?). Trying to scale it beyond the size of that precomp starts becoming a lot of detective work, and may end up unraveling a lot of the animation in the template if you change too much.

Also, from a design standpoint - generally, the logo does not need to be bigger.
