Hi I am new to Adobe After Effects I want to create this effect listed below. Its sort of a highlighed effect with each body part with a muscular tissue / skeleton effect, can anyone please tell me how to do it or post a video or link that explains how to do it. If so that would be amazing. If possible can you also explain how to do the labeling. I think its called tracking but not sure. Thank you
