How to download Offline Installer for After Effects CC

I want to know if Adobe provided "Offline Installer" meaning internet connection is not needed for installation once download is completed. Just for information, I have purchased the subscription for Creative Cloud All Apps however more interested in offline installer (complete set of installation files)

Not available for most users. Highly secure industries may be able to request this from Adobe.

True airgapped installation is available to government customers through the CLP program. See https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/buy/government.html

For everyone else, regular online activation checks are always required so Creative Cloud "retail" cannot be run on an airgapped machine - but you can obtain the installer images from https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2018-direct-download-links.html if you want to deploy the apps on a slow network.
