There's not enough information here to diagnose the problem, but are you adding motion graphics or visual effects to these clips or are you editing a 10 minute video in After Effects instead of Premiere?
You can try to clear the disk cache or convert your files to a format that's easier to work with like ProRes 422.
i didn't add any graphic motions or visual effects because i was still editing my video by adding different video films together. as you can see the first green bar doesn't link to the second green bar. therefore, the first green bar just loops itself when it reaches to the end, it comes back to the start. How do i fix that problem? the composition setting is same
I understand, I was just trying to figure out your workflow first. Sometimes this happens there's not a good explanation. Clearing the disk cache, restarting After Effects or you computer, or converting your footage into something like ProRes that's easier to edit are all good troubleshooting steps.
That being said, I would recommend editing your video in Premiere and then bringing an exported version to After Effects to add enahncements later. After Effects isn't designed for editing video and it certainly isn't the ideal place to be doing so.
