How to replicate this text animation on daily duppy

At 40 seconds, the sentence 'I don't care' comes up with this sort of bouncy zoom in effect. Scoured youtube and played around with the camera on AE but haven't had luck with it.

Anyone know how to do this?

Would be much appreciated.

lol you know what I figured out it's a simple scale keyframe, I feel dumb for posting this now.
