I can not change after effects language to english

Hey there, i am facin g a problem my after effects Ui is in french and i can not change the language to english . the problem is i don't find the dictionnaries file in support page. Do you  know how i can get english for after ?

If you are a CC, you can change the UI to English by installing the English version of After Effects with reference to this help.
