The Frame Aspect Ratio of your Comp is set to 1.33.  

 

I'm guessing that that's not intentional.  You could enable the Pixel Aspect Ratio Correction button along the bottom of the Comp panel, but it's probably better to go into the Comp Settings (Composition > Composition Settings...) and change the Pixel Aspect Ratio pop-up menu to Square Pixels.

 

 

In the future, use one of the bottom three HDTV preset in the Comp Presets list.  Those all use Square Pixels.
