I'm trying to export a video but whenever I add RSMB it wont export

I queue in Media Encoder and then it starts to render for a second then stops. It says "Could not read from the source. Please check if it has been moved or deleted. I'm fairly new to the whole After Effects game and it is so frustrating because I need to export the file and it needs RSMB. HELP ANYONE

Start by checking the relevant hardware acceleration options everywhere - AE, AME, the plug-in itself. If all else fails simply switch to software-only rendering modes for maximum compatibility.
