IMPORT FROM ADOBE CH ERROR

I was try to import a project from anime character animator to after effect, 

i am tried to chang the project location but it wasn't solved

what shall i do?

The usual applies: Check, whether security stuff is blocking those local connections and the programs are installed correctly and run with sufficient user privileges. Reinstall if necessary. Likewise, check the same stuff for temp folders and caches used by the process.
