When I have the Liquify Effect applied none of the tools work and clicking on the layer it is applied to just moves it around.
Using 17.1.0 on Windows 10 with a Wacom Intuos Pro
I have tried rebooting with the Wacom not plugged in.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thankyou.
