Low size gif export - Web banner

Hello,

I'm making banners. I want 150 KB, 600-700 KB. But my exports are 1-2 MB. When I render, I'm changing export settings. I'm playing with Quality and Frame Rate. Quality doesn't change size. Frame Rate changes size, but gives me too low quality.

I'm using photoshop file. I want 160x800 px banner and I'm preparing 160x800 px photoshop file. And I import that to After Effects as comp. So, image size are not too big. They are fit.

What can I do? Should I make on Adobe Animate? I don't know how to use Animate. I downloaded. I'll tamper to figure out.

Thanks.

AE is the wrong tool. You need to familiarize yoursef with Photoshop's timeline. You export a clip/ image sequence from AE and import into PS for optimized frame animation. Outside that, there's a gazillion online services and free apps that do a better job at creating GIFs than AE.

Thank you.

Like what? Will you give me an example please? I knew one, Bannersnack. I'm already using it but it is not enough for me.

I exported sequence and imported into PS but still 2 MB. What I'm doing wrong?
