Can i install the motion bro transitions for AE 2020? if can, how... for info, i 've install in the previous version of AE. But after i update to AE 2020, it seems like could not install.. plz help..

Doesn't look like the've added support yet for 2020. You can always refer to their changelog or website to find this information. I would say stick to 2019 or 2018 until Motion Bro is updated to be compatible with CC 2020. Lots of changes in this version AE, and all of us developers have to learn them and then update all of our products.

I'm not familiar with their install procedure but if there are a lot of custom folders created you'll have to find all of them and move them to the appropriate folders in AE 2020. I would contact the manufacturer or start searching your computer for the plug-in or script files.
