Not receiving registration email for Cinema 4D Lite

I'm using a student version of the Adobe Creative Cloud, so I'm not sure if this is affecting anything.  Since CC doesn't come with any serial numbers, I can't contact Maxon directly about this.

In order to unlock some crucial animation functions, I had to register with Maxon.  The program promised to send me an email with an activation code.  It's been a couple of hours now, and I still haven't received any email.  I don't mind waiting, but I feel like something's up with the system.

Can anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong?

This can take up to two weeks. It says so on the registration page. It's the weekend, after all and there's simply nobody at home flipping the greenlight switch...
