Not seeing the "Migrate Settings" button.

I am trying to work on an After Effects project that is using the Red Giant plug-in "Form".  However, when I open the project I get an error messaage that says: "Settings from an earlier version of Form need to be migrated. Please press the ‘Migrate Settings’ button in Form in the Effects Control window to complete the migration.”  But in the Effects Control panel there is no button.  Can anyone help with this?
