Pasting corner pin data from Mocha not working

Hi, I tracked some footage in Mocha AE and then copied the corner pin data after it finished tracking:

I then pasted it on a layer in After Effects and this was the result:

This was the result... I'm not sure why the corner pins aren't in the same location as the Mocha AE tracked points. I confirmed that the "Screen" comp I pasted the corner pin data onto was the exact same resolution as the footage I tracked (both 1280x720).

Any ideas?

show us your mocha interface. have to set your planar surface?

Thank you for that tutorial! I realized I didn't define the planar surface area. Once I did that everything worked perfectly.
