Plexus_3.1.4 on 17.7.0 (Build 45)

Is it possible to install this version ( Plexus_3.1.4) on a AEF 17.7.0 (Build 44). I am on a Windows 10 PC. I can get this to work on my Mac, but the PC is more powerful. Thank you Best regards.

Ensure you have permissions etc to install into the drive. If you are confident no such issue should occur, then go to aescripts.com and file a Support Ticket within the Plexus3 page OR just go to your account's download page and try downloading another copy.

Ok, so what is the message about? Is this an old version? I can get the new version it's no big deal.

I think the job has been canned now, but It might come back next week.
