Run the installers again. If that fails, contact the plugin supplier's support team. Borris FX for Saphire and Video Copilot for Saber. Both plugins should install properly if your version of After Effects matches the compatibility chart for both of these plugins.

Do you mean that the plug-ins don't appear in your effects list inside of after effects, or that they just don't work?

Sorry,

carefully re-reading your post i see you wrote the plugins are not appearing in AE.  If you've already tried reinstalling the plug-in as Rick suggested and the problem didn't resolve itself you could check the plugins folder inside after effects install directory and see if the plug-ins files are there.  If they aren't you can check and see if they got installed to the Adobe Common folder which is located in the main Adobe Directory where all the apps are.  In the past I've had plug-ins install there and for whatever reason not be recognized by certain apps.  This usually happens when I update adobe app versions.  Sometimes stuff doesn;t get copied over.  If they're there in the common folder you could try simply moving them to the AE plug-in folder and see if that fixes the issue.  After that, as Rick said, you should probably contact VC and Boris support.
