Radio Waves

I'm trying to speed up the radio waves effect in AE and not having much luck. I read that I should make the frequency higher but that just adds more rings. I also read to use Expansion but that seems to spread them out further. How do I get them to go faster?

    Use "time stretch"

    • Right click on the layer and select "time..." -> "time stretch"
    • Change the "stretch factor" value to change the speed of the layer. Ex: strech factor of 50 results in 50% of the current speed.

Just had a look, you can do it by increasing the expansion and shortening the lifespan to get the desired 'speed' and radius set.

Add Frequency into the mix too.
