square format

Hi ! I am trying to make square formats on After Effects. When I try to make a square format it is always a rectangular shape.

Your images are unfortunately not useful to diagnose anything. The one with the composition settings is downsized too much and unreadable and the other one doesn't actualyl show any composition, so it's not clear what's even going on.

In the composition settings, set the Pixel Aspect Ratio to Square Pixels and set the panel display size to 100%, not 400% as you have in the screenshot.
