It seems to work OK in cc 2018, but the camera is created at an odd angle to the Null object, not face on like I remember from using the plugin in CS5. Set the Sure Target Camera position X and Y back to 0 and all seems well.

All Sure Target plugins are not working in CC 2019 ... I hope there's an update because I use this plugin on a daily basis....

I have got Sure Target working in CC 2019.

File>Project Settings>Expressions and change from JavaScript to Legacy ExtendScript and it works!

This seemed like a good solution, but it's not working for me. V: 16.13 Build 5
Any other suggestions. A previous reply mentioned making a linked camera in advance of applying the filter. ???

Never mind, I did get it working after a good old fashioned relaunch. Thanks so much!
