Hi Mustafa,

Sorry for your issue.

Intel HD 4600 is a very old graphics chip. It looks like your graphics driver is outdated. Please download and install the latest driver from this link.

Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for your reply.

we can say that graphics chip Intel HD 4600 is a very old, is supposed to be the secondary graphic chip.

the primary one is Name Radeon RX 580 Series
PNP Device ID PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_67DF&SUBSYS_34181462&REV_E7\4&3834D97&0&0008
Adapter Type AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x67DF), Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. compatible
Adapter Description Radeon RX 580 Series
Adapter RAM (1'048'576) bytes.

I know there is a problem because the Fresco is not working !!!

I hope you have further info or you can help me.

Please have a look for the image.

Thanks in Advance

Let's try to dip deeper, Mustafa.

Can you click Export Report and share the file here? We'll try to understand what's going on exactly.

Thanks,

Rameez
