uses file name with highest number for any kind of footages

when you use dynamic link, you can use this option in the preferences.
"dynamic link with after effects uses project file name with highest number"

Is there option like this for any kind of footages?
or is there plugin to do it?

 

for example,
I have these files.
test_v1.psd
test_v2.psd
test_v3.psd

 

these are different version of files.
I have "test_v1.psd" in aftereffects now.
but when i make the newer version of the file,
I want aftereffects to read automatically the new one.

Just modify your workflow, Name your original file Test 1. PSD. When you want to modify the file open the original file, save a copy as Test 1-V1. PSD, then modify the original and save it with the original file name Test 1.psd. 

 

I've been working this way for years. AE is always looking for the original file name, and I have all of my versions saved and labeled properly. 

 

I do this with all of my project files as well: For example:

I've been using this file structure and these naming conventions since I started shooting documentaries in 1969. My file cabinet, my tax records, my archived drives. It's all the same. I always know where things are, when the project started, and what version is current.

    There is no such thing nor would it likely work as you expect. AE references the layer inside the document, not just the document itself. As soon as even a tiny bit of the structure changes, the whole process falls apart, anyway, and there are otehr things to consider liek layer styles and masks.
