Warp Stabilizer in not analyzing in After Effects CC2021

Hello Windows users!
I know that this issue has been mentioned from many users, in the past years. I accidentally found the solution, as I was trying different things. It is not an After Effects software issue. I did the following:
Ia have a 12 core (24 thread) i9 Intel CPU. So when I recently formatted my whole system, since I changed Hardware (Motherboard and Graphics card), I typed on the Windows search tab: "msconfig" so I can enter the boot options and activate all cores. So I activated all 12 cores. When I returned now to the previous setting, the issue was fixed. Perhaps there was a problem with After Effects not finding the cores/threads to analyze in the background. That's why only effects and plugins that need to analyze in background, had this issue. It doesn't mean that since I returned to the default Windows setting of cpu cores, I don't get all 12 cores to work because I can see in my CPU performance that every core in engaged and active...
