what is my username

ok so i tried to download after effect on my mac and it asks me to put my user name and password i have tried my email, full name, and first name. idek if those even are my usernames but i signed in on the clreative cloud app on m phone with my email and password and that worked but when i did that when trying to download after effects it didnt work. pls help!!! 🙂
