working with .MOTI files on a PC ?

Hello,

I have to work with pre-made animations on a big project, but the files I received have the extension .MOTI behind.

From what I understood, it's made in a Macintosh software, to create titles animations and transitions. Since I'm on a PC, I wondered if there was a way of opening it and work with it ?

I tried with After effects naturally but I got the message that this type of file cannot be work with with this extension. I also tried with Premiere Pro but without success

Is there a way to convert the files that might work in Windows 10 ? If you know what type of extension it can be turned without losing or corrupt it, that would really help me a lot !

Otherwise, what can be done ?

Thank you for your attention.

Apple Motion files cannot be used in any form or shape on a PC. It's a proprietary file format that requires Motion to actually be installed on a Mac to be used. You have to ask them to render clips or image sequences or rebuild the templates from scratch natively in AE or whatever.
