I know this is a known issue with AIR 28 - but due to the fact this is preventing us from upgrading - I'm hoping for an indication as to when this might be addressed?

In AIR 29 it's still in "Known Issues"

Have you upgraded Java as described here

Running Adobe Flash Builder on Win and Mac with Java 7/8

?

If you updated Java as described above before the update,

then check again if everything is "in place" after the update
and if not re-apply it

Totally missed your suggestion, ty.

Useful link:

Java Archive Downloads - Java SE 8

You can also edit the eclipse.ini and manually add the path to the JDK

-vm

/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.8.0_91.jdk/Contents/Home/bin

-startup

There was OSX update to 10.13.3 yesterday.

Flash Builder still crashes everytime I try to do an export release.

Also running a MacBook Pro - it's a 7 hr process to upgrade and then restore - so I'm going to hold off until Adobe can confirm this is not happening.

More people are complaining, so it looks like the problem unfortunately still exists: https://forum.starling-framework.org/topic/high-sierra-and-flash-builder-47/page/2

Hi,

Have you tried updating your Mac OS version to 10.13.2. Please try once on 10.13.2 and let us know if this issue persists.

Thanks,

I did update to High Sierra and not just a production build but simply trying to open the iOS or Android build packaging properties window caused FB to crash.  A full restore from timemachine was the only way to roll back the update.

That said, I'm not sure if it was 10.13.2 (released Dec 6th) -- or 10.13.1 that I tried.  Are you saying that you've seen this issue resolved with 10.13.2?

Many Thanks

Yes we have tried reproducing this issue on Mac OS 10.13.2 and issue is no longer reproducible. Could you please try updating your Mac OS?

Thanks,
