adobe animate 2018 can't download

i only want animate 2018, the new versions suck ass, did they really remove the function to get it. if so how do i get a refund and does anyone know a good website to pirate it from?

    thanks, but it gets stuck on "loading doccument templates", how do i fix this

    As you have found out this version is unsupported by Adobe.

    What is your OS?

    It may be trying to load some stuff from the servers that is not there any more. Who knows...

    You should have kept your installation of AA18 and not installed the new, crappy versions over it if you liked it that much.

    Maybe try removing config, just in case if you still have files there from a previous installation and this obstructs the launch.
