(Adobe Animate 2022) Clicked "Save" in file menu, closed app, reopened, couldnt find animation

I made an animation, and i was really proud of it since i just got adobe animate. I went to save it by clicking "save" in the file menu, and thought all was well and closed the app. I decided to reopen to check if it saved, and i couldnt find it. not even in my files, there was just nothing. However, i did look in the preferences after, and auto-recover was on, but i set it to 9 minutes insted of 10 and i think thatt messed everything up. can someone please help me get my animation back?

ok my dad said that on old computers you would need to click "save as" before you click "save" and i think that was the problem, but its ok i can just remake the thingy and it will be better than before! 🙂

Nice work, mate!

Well done! 🙂

Just to avoid data loss in the future, as you work on your files, do incremental saves (Save As...) every couple of hours adding _01, _02, _03 and so on to your filename. Also make backups.
