Can't EXPORT to Video Media

what do you see and what settings have you tried?

I have the same problem! Ich have a file with an animation. I had to make a little change for the client. But I can just export an swf data. When I try to export a mpg4 or .mov media I get the error-message that the Adobe Media Encoder is not the right version or the installation is dammaged. I tried to reinstall EVERYTHING. But I couldn`t fix the problem yet.

you can always use the previous version. 

meanwhile, i can't test/confirm/search for work-arounds because v24 hasn't been rolled-out to me, yet.

I just see, that I have the problem with Animate 23! (System Mac OS Sonoma 14)

grant animate file permissions.

grant disc access to your animate: system preferences > security & privacy > privacy > full disk access > animate

Since my last updates it works again. Thanks! I am not sure, if the Update of Media Encoder was important for solving the problem.
