Hi,

I just got Adobe Animate yesterday because I want to start animating. I noticed instantly something is wrong because nothing seems to load when I try to use them. However, after trying every tools I went to the fluid brush tool. As soon as I clicked on it everything I used before all loaded instantly. I recorded a video to show what I'm talking about and post it on YouTube unlisted videos. Please help I really want to start animating soon.

Thanks.

I attached the video to the link below

I just downloaded the app too and I'm facing this challenge. Have you been able to resolve this? If yes, how did you go about it?

did you confirm you successfully removed preferences (by checking a custom shortcut, for example)?

if not, do so.

if you did, then:

uninstall animate cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
use the desktop app to re-install animate

i'm pretty sure you're using a mouse to draw/paint, correct?  if yes, and you installed fresh batteries (if it's wireless), using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

i don't see the problems you demonstrated.

first, click file>preferences>expert preferences.  retest.

if you still see the problems, reset your preferences -
