AdobeAnimate to iBooks Author widget conversion

Is there any way to automate the conversion of an AdobeAnimate file into an iBooks Author widget? I previously used Adobe Edge to do this. I can get most of the elements needed for the widget by outputting Javascript/HTML but the sound file is exported as mp3 rather than the required AAC mp4 format and I also have to create a custom info.plist.

No I'm talking about converting AdobeAnimate flash animations into an html widget that can be placed on a page in iBooks Author.
