Why my animate CC is crashing on opening of action window?

assign a custom keyboard shortcut 

uninstall animate AND (most importantly) its preferences.

restart your computer 

reinstall animate

confirn your custom shortcut was reset 

test actions panel

I tried the below steps - 

assign a custom keyboard shortcut 

uninstall animate AND (most importantly) its preferences.

restart your computer 

reinstall animate

test actions panel

But issue is still there -
